VIP Win Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and VIP Win ("VIP Win", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the VIP Win platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering an account on VIP Win, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using VIP Win immediately and close your account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a VIP Win account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not have previously had a VIP Win account closed for a violation of these Terms.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one VIP Win account only. Registering multiple accounts — for any reason, including to claim welcome bonuses more than once — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings, will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your VIP Win account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential at all times. VIP Win will never contact you to ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact VIP Win support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but VIP Win cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.

Account information, including your registered name and payment method, must remain accurate and up to date. If your details change, you must update them promptly. VIP Win reserves the right to request re-verification if account details are changed.

04 Deposits & Payments

VIP Win accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile banking platforms in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to your VIP Win account instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• VIP Win does not charge fees for deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.

VIP Win reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players equally.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at VIP Win are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used to make the original deposit. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is stated on the withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests and any verification requirements that apply to your account.

• You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• VIP Win reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on VIP Win use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. VIP Win does not alter game outcomes after the fact, and players cannot request a reversal of a confirmed game result.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection or server error — VIP Win will attempt to resolve the issue fairly based on the game state at the time of the fault. The decision of VIP Win's technical team in such cases is final.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing bets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP Win and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage — any such winnings will be voided.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Allowing another person to use your VIP Win account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.

VIP Win cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Where prohibited conduct involves illegal activity, VIP Win will report the matter to the relevant authorities and provide all requested information.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive balance, VIP Win will process a withdrawal of your available funds to your registered payment account, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

• Accounts closed due to a Terms violation will have all balances forfeited.
• Accounts closed voluntarily will have available real-money balances returned to the player.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

12 Limitation of Liability

VIP Win provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIP Win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

VIP Win's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
